Wendy Monger
Ms. Monger has an Educator Certificate from the State of Florida Department of Education in grades one through six. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.A. in Elementary Education, Summa Cum Laude. She has enhanced her education by earning certifications in managing challenging student behaviors, gifted education, responsive classrooms, and exceptional student education.
Ms. Monger has lived in Jacksonville for 26 years with her two children. She has joined D’Arienzo Psychology as a licensed educator and tutoring specialist. In Duval and St. Johns counties, she has worked as a teacher in both the public and private school systems. She has worked at Hendricks Avenue Elementary, Cunningham Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, and San Jose Episcopal Day School.
One of Ms. Monger’s skills is her ability to identify each student’s unique learning style and to communicate and design courses that help each child flourish. She approaches her work as a teacher in a kind and empathetic way, motivating her pupils to learn and give it their all. By focusing on and praising their accomplishments, she inspires them and helps them gain confidence. She also makes learning a “fun” experience.
Ms. Monger, who resides in the San Jose region, likes to ride her bike, go on beach walks, play tennis, and spend time with her family and friends. She is eager to work with your child and make sure that he or she develops academically while also giving them the ideal learning experience.
